Decal of the Polk Junior College emblem. The emblem is green, atomic orange, and white and is shaped like a keystone. Images of an orange near the top, cattle horns near the bottom, and shovel and fasces (bundle of wooden rods and an axe tied together) crossed in the middle over an image of an open book. The Words Polk Junior College are written in atomic orange on the top, left, and right respectively. 1964 is written in white at the bottom. The words Noblesse Oblige are written in green in the center of the emblem, below the orange and above the book with the shovel and fasces.

Printed in white on the top of the brain is the trademarked eagle logo above the text "Polk State Libraries Great minds meet at the library!" These stress balls, affectionately referred to as "squishy brains" were given out to students in the library during finals week as well as at various campus events.

The main triangular portion is black and includes a branded image of the side of the head of an eagle (school mascot) and "Polk State" written in white. On the far left, a red trapezoid shaped pattern is stitched to the black fabric using white thread. The trademark "Soar, Eagles!" is printed in white on the red background.
